Internet speed

Hi I’ve got an IPhone 6S currently in the second year of a 24 month contract with EE. My 4G on the last month or so has really deteriorated. I’m all updated, even on the apps, but particularly when using Facebook my internet is so slow that Facebook won’t even refresh when I’m not connected to WiFi - any ideas?

Is this happening in any particular area or it everywhere you are going?


Have you tried a network reset to see if this helps?

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to, then tap General.
  3. Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.
