Increase data plan

Hello can anyone help me and tell me how I can increase my data plan up to unlimited data for a few months as I can’t get broadband at the moment???

If you're the account holder, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team so they can update your account and ensure your My EE Account reflects that.

I just clicked onto the link and it says I need to contact my account holder as I’m blocked from buying any add one? How can I remove the block please??

Yes I am the account holder and the account is in my name. I just don’t know how to take the block off my account?
