Incorrect Data Allowance on New Plan

I have just bought a new sim only plan for 60 Gb of data. However on my account it states I am only allowed 30 Gb?? Where does the other 30Gb account for?

Re: Incorrect Data Allowance on New Plan

Hi @feeboes,

Have you checked within the 'Add-ons' of My EE, some plans are built with a base allowance with additional through add-ons?

Thanks,

Peter

Hi @feeboes

The add-ons that you have are these data add-ons?

If so, do you have 30GB showing?

Hello Leanne,

No they are not data add ons,

They are add ons like the 100% usage alert and calling abroad from UK

Hi @feeboes.

If you can't see a data add-on anywhere on your account, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to make sure that you're on the right plan.
