I've texted MONTHWEB to 441 but it now says it doesn't recognise my request.

It has worked every time sing eive started, but today it just won't work. Any solutions?

I've texted MONTHWEB to 441 but it now says it doesn't recognise my request.

It has worked every month since I've started using it a couple of years ago (even with the price increase). I use a lot of data, any suggestions/solutions?
