I’ve recently put my SIM card in a different phone and now the 4G won’t work?

Does this other phone actually support 4G or is it only 3G? What phone is it?

Hi @Anyaa

There is no real reason 4G wouldn't work just because you removed the SIM unless you have deactivated 4G/Data on the device or it may not be a 4G device.

What devices are you using?

Try removing the SIM again.

Thanks
