has as anyone else experienced this?
I popped the new SIM in on Friday morning understanding that this was all I needed to do. The leaflet that came with the SIM said my top-up would be applied within 2 days.
Here I am on Monday still waiting for my top-up so that I can access the data plan I originally bought the card to access whilst we were away at the weekend.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Was the SIM brand new?
was it a replacement?
Is it SIM only?
a pay as you go EE SIM card?

I would recommend a call into customer services and they will be able to help and rectify this.
