On Monday I accidentally stopped payments from my bank I phoned you Monday after I had done this.I also phoned Tues I was told it hadn't been stopped yet.I was ment to cancel the phone I took out for my daughter who passed away as her contract had ended .I'm so upset over this I need you to get in touch with my bank so payments are continuing .I'm 70 and so stressed over this matter.Phone number is xxxxxxxxxx it's the one I got for my son-in-law I pay through Lloyds Bank please help me sort this matter out .I also have broadband with you .June
