I'm.currently away from home and I have used my full data on my plan .. so I purchased 1GB which is almost over.
I need more data but we doesn't not allow me to get another data add on.. any other way that I can get data?

It does not allow me to purchase another add on as I have already selected one which has expired and it will renew on the date of my plan.
I need a different option that allows me to add extra data before the date of my plan renews.

Try to get rid of the recurring 1GB add-on by texting STOP 1GB ADD-ON to 150 and then see if you can buy another.

I tried that as well.. still didn't work and didn't get rid of reoccurring 1GB 😞 .. I'm stuck

I can see you have already been provided some great advice from @XRaySpeX.
Has your data ran out? Once this has ran out you should be prompted to purchase more data.
You should be able to remove a data add-on by logging in to your My EE account and following these steps:
Log in to your My EE App > Plan & add-ons > Add-ons > Select your add-on you wish to remove.
If this shows as a fixed add-on our mobile care team will need to remove this for you.
