I stopped my contract but I'm still getting a bill?

Hi guys,

 

I've called 150 to give my notice period to stop the contract from auto-renewing. However, I'm still getting my bill for my 13th payment to be charged by direct debit? Can someone clarify?

How did you ask for your contract to end?

 

Did you ask to change to pay as you go, move the number to another network or just disconnect the number completely?
