I seem not able to connect to London Underground WiFi

I seem not able to connect with the new sim to London Underground WiFi either from virgin media free or ee WiFi auto? Anyone had the same issue or can help? I’m using my number as user and a psw that I received through sms from 150

What happens when you try to connect after entering your password?

 

What kind of phone do you have? Is your phone's software completely up to date?

I have IPhone Xs and I’ve been reading that it should log in automatically to ee WiFi auto but doesn’t.. so I sent a sms to 9527 with the request for a password to log through Virgin Media WiFi but when I try it says I have to register calling the customer service.
