I recently joined ee and my mobile date is not working

I joined ee three days ago and no mobile data is working. all turned on (its not a new phone) but says not connected to the internet so my 8G of date is a bit useless atm

No is not locked to a network

@Mjoelle   What device is it ?  And have you changed the APN  setting or deleted any profiles that might be on the device ?

You may need to install EE APN settings as advised by @Chris_B.

 

Here's the settings you need if the device is not Apple:

 

Name Internet

APN everywhere

Proxy Leave Blank

Port Leave Blank

Username Leave Blank

Password Leave Blank

Server Leave Blank

MMSC http://mms/

MMS Proxy 149.254.201.135

MMS Port 8080

MCC 234

MNC 30

Authentication Type PAP

APN Type If you have choices select internet + mms otherwise type in *
