I received a text saying I was out of data, which i'm not.

Despite being connected to wifi, i recieved a text saying i was out of data and had to buy more. I sent AL to 150 which came back saying my data was full, which was seconded by logging into my EE account, again saying my data was full. 

 

Why did i get this text..?

Just as a triple check, could you take a look at the add-on status page please?

 

In very rare circumstances, these texts are sent out in error.

 

As long as your account shows you have data and you can still access the internet on your device, you're fine.
