I paid my bill by credit card my allowance restarts on the 26th of each month

But my data has been rolled over from last month instead of having 50GB I have only been given 27 but my text +call credit has been restarted why haven't I been given my 50GB as my plan says now I'm nearmy out of data and have to wait 13days for my restart date can anybody help please  thanks
