Don’t think I should have to pay for new data as my WiFi connection has been poor it doesn’t connect to known networks and disconnects randomly when I connect it manually
You don't want to pay for data because you are connected to a poor WiFi connection?
Are you also on EE broadband? What device do you have?
a few questions to see if I can help:
- are you a long distance away from the router when trying to connect?
- if you stand next to the router and connect to the wi-fi, do you have max bars signal strength?
- as @Northerner asked, are you on EE broadband or a different ISP?
