It says I have 49.8GB remaining of your 50.0GB data allowance.

Ive just upgraded - plan name - SIM Plan 100GB £30 UR 12m

It's not updated then. If it hasn't updated by Monday then call EE CS on 150.

I literally have the same problem! I originally had a 20gb plan and recently upgraded to a 100gb plan with unlimited texts and calls. I have used 43gb and it says that I only have 7gb left! On my usage it says 7gb left of 50gb, but on my plan it says 100gb of data?

Also how was yours £30? Mine was £27pm inc vat

Yes the same £30 down to £27. I’ve contacted EE and they are looking into it.
