On Saturday I did a 6-hour drive in Turkey using Waze. I checked Roaming before leaving the UK.
On Sunday I got a txt from EE saying I’d used 100% of chargeable services and ever since I haven’t been able to call or use data.
Today I got a txt saying I have 4.8 gb of data remaining.
Does anyone know what’s going on? I need to be able to use Waze to make the return journey on Saturday.

@Baber1 Your allowances don’t cover you in Turkey. If you’ve used up your chargeable allowances this means you’ve used up what your allowed to spend on out of allowances charges. In other words your bill might be quite high.

No, I’m not able to make calls or send txts, not even via WiFi.
I thought I’d bought a data pack but evidently not.
Any suggestions what to do next? I absolutely have to be able to use Waze on Saturday.

I’m begging the forum because I’m desperate. Will someone from EE call xxxxx on this number: xxxxxxxxxxx and give him a a lot before 1.30 BST when he and I can be in the same room and I can take a call to get this sorted?
After 1.30 I won’t have access to a YK phone. If I don’t have 4G by Saturday I don’t know my children and I are going to navigate a 6-hour drive on Turkish roads.
Please do this asap.

I also have the user’s permission to post his number. How is anyone going to know which number to call if you’ve blanked it?
