Hi @Warda2930 and welcome to the community.
Can you try to log into MyEE and go to Manage device, make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or If you have the MyEE app, go to usage controls, activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
Let us know if it works or not and we'll try and help further.

I'm in Sweden and my data isn't working either.
Still got a few months before Brexit, but from the state of the boards looks like EE has done something to break EU roaming.

Hi @Furnak. Has roaming worked previously for you? Can you check your account and see if it's enabled, as per my previous post?
Have you tried rebooting and manually selecting a network?

Hand up... my bad.
So, it's not actually EE's fault, it's Tele2 SE, looks like they're doing something with the data connection and blocking a whole range of web sites! inc Facebook, Instagram, Reddit etc etc..
Using a VPN on the phone bypasses their stupid.
