I keep getting texts saying I have used all my data

Throughout January I have been receiving texts saying that I have used all my data. I know this is incorrect so i contact EE and they sort it out. A few days later I get the same text and my mobile data is cut off again. Ayone else had this problem?

That sounds unusual. What does it show on the add-on status page (please make sure you aren't connected to WiFi when checking)?
