Check your phone data app (normally under settings) and it should say what has used your data.
Unfortunately you cannot have it back if you have used it. You can buy more if needed or maybe use wifi.

I can see that you have been helped by @Northerner already. If you have WiFi then try and use it to protect your mobile data.
It may be worth looking at a new price plan.

Just to confirm when you have used your data, you can't get it back.

Try the settings for restricting background data & doing software update only over WiFi.
