I have set up EE broadband but haven't got my data boost

 Hello,

 

I have set up EE broadband but haven't got my data boost.

 

Last month I called customer service about this issue. The service said the data boost will apply in 30 days.

 

But up to now the data boost is still missing.

 

How could I do?

You should get it within 30 days of BB going live. When was that?

Hi @zeroblaster and welcome to the community.

 

Your Data Boost is automatically applied within 30 days of Broadband activation.

Once the product has been applied, a text will be sent to your number to confirm the data boost is live.

Hello @Lee_H it is 2 months but I still do not receive the data boost.

Could you please help me with this?

Hi @XRaySpeX my BB was live around 15 Dec 2017. But it is 4 months that I have not received the data boost.

We do not have any account access here on the community.

 

Please give broadband customer services a quick call and they will be able to investigate why you do not have the added boost.
