I have not received my free 1.5GB of free Data twice! I have topped up up £60

Hi I have topped up my phone twice of £30 on my mobile and received the pack EP30 twice in one month so am owed 3GB of internet that I still have not received can you pls check my top ups and refund me 

it's saying on my account now I have 1.5GB Data yet I can't get on the internet at all without adding NOw to receive my new pack instead 

 

this is really upsetting because I spend a lot of money with EE
