I have just bought a second hand Sony Xperia XZ Premium from an entertainment exchange. I am wanting to use 4G calling and WiFi calling on it but can't because it isn't an EE device (it was a Vodafone device that the original owner unlocked). Is there any way I can enable this either vi software or sending it off to EE's tech team? Thanks!

I am aware of that. I have been an EE customer for a long time. What I was actually asking was can the device be sent to EE's Tech Team to be sim locked to EE with EE's software so I can use these features.

@myoldpal20 You could flash the device with EE firmware yourself but you take all responsibility for doing this in case it goes wrong.
and Google is your friend.

Thank you. How on earth do I find EE's official firmware for the Sony Xperia XZ Premium?
A Google Search gave me so many different things about carrier firmwares but I don't know which one is EE's. Please help me find the firmware so I can flash this to my device.
