I get 5gb a month on my pay as you go plan. I'm due to top up again next on the 3rd June. When I text 'BA' to 150, it tells me that I have 288mb (last I checked) left, but I have an alert that says I have exceeded my data allowance. Please can you help me as to whether I really have exceeded it or whether it's just an error? I don't want to rack up a large bill!

These messages from EE are inconsistent and if you have checked with the txt code (and maybe the app) and you will still have some data then use this as your guide not the txt.
I would also check again after 9am.

It says that I still have 151mb left out of 2.5gb (I've had boosystem every 3 months, which is why I've got 5gb)

I understand now, boosts are not showing correctly within balance checkers, but this is due to be corrected in a upcoming update.
Don't worry you can't be charged any extra as you are on pay as you go and you will not be billed.
