I have a second sim slot. I bought a data only 4 GB sim. I configured it for data and the primary sim for voice and text. I phoned EE and registered it but cannot get any sensible answer to my problem from them. I cannot see it in my EE so cannot manage it at all. Any idea how I can do so please?

@Barrowman When you are looking for this second Sim card on your account are you using the mobile app or the online account ?
And have you just purchased a 2nd SIM card or have you got one that is register to your account or have you registered the second Sim to your account ? They don't just show up on your account because you've stuck in one of your devices.

I rang them to top it up. I picked it up from a local shop for 99 pence so rang them and paid for it with my credit card. I specifically asked if I could manage it online and was told it would appear within a few minutes. That was 4 days ago but I still can't see it

Also might help if you tell us what the phone is, and you might get some advice on that. Some phones can't do 4G on the 2nd slot for example or you might have to restrict slot1 to 2G to be able to get 4G on the 2nd slot.
On my old Oneplus2 for example, if I had my EE sim with 4G for data, my Three SIM wouldn't work because the other slot was 2G only, and Three didn't have any 2G in my area.

It's a Motorola Moto G2 updated with Android 6.0
I have been using it a hotspot and it worked okay.

Thanks I did that and now I can see that sim but not my original one!!
So does that mean I can top this one up online but have to call 150 to top my other one up?
