I have a loss of service,

Hi I have a loss of service, I’ve tried resetting my phone, taking out the SIM card and cleaning it but I still get the no service message. Is it an EE issue

Have you done a network check to see if there is a problem in your area? I have checked where I am and have full 4G service.


It could otherwise be a problem with your SIM card and you may need a new one, if the network checker does not come up with a problem. Is it just one area or other places as well?
