I have a 4g shared plan and want to add my iPad.

@Mikefootflyer46 how did you get this device?   If you got it from EE it’s already on your account.  You can gift data to the iPad but you can not share the data.

Have a a read of THIS about data gifting.

your account says it’s a shared plan so you can gift data.

Hi @Mikefootflyer46 and welcome to the community.

Where did you get the Ipad from?

When you try to connect to data by popping over to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status, what is displayed?

Many thanks,

Lee

Bought it from Apple.

Have just now now bought a small data only contract from EE and will gift data accross.

Thanks.
