I got my sim today, and it ends today?

Hi!

I got my new sim today, and checked the bank account to see that there is a pending transaction for the sim contract. Then I checked My Ee app, and it says my data, which I just started using about 2 hours ago, will end today and it will be renewed tomorrow. Why is this? Does this mean I have to pay again since it is being renewed?

Welcome to the community.

 

Your data refresh date will depend on which date you selected to pay your bill.

 

You won't be paying twice, you will just pay your first bill as normal.
