I don't have any network in Portugal and I Am on the 4gee max

I travelled to Portugal yesterday, but b4 I left U.K. I went in store to upgrade my plan to the 4gee max 25Gb, but I still don't have any reception since I landed in portugal yesterday. 

Please help me resolve this as this issue is very urgent. I need to work with my my phone.

Upgrading to a Max Plan doesn't automatically activate Roaming on your account unfortunately.

 

Are you a personal pay monthly customer?
