Did you ask for a PAC but not use it? That keeps your contract running.

Hello @Marcy only customer service have access to accounts to check and confirm why it has not been canceled yet.

 

You can contact them on 0800 956 6000 options 2, 4. These options will let you connect to an agent without having to input an active EE number first.

Did you request to take your number to another network?

 

If so, you would have been given a PAC code to give you your new provider.

 

If not, did you request to cancel your contract more than 30 days ago?
