I can’t seem to add on a data add on, is it because I’m roaming in the EU?

I’ve used 80% whilst I’m on holiday in the EU and I need to add on more data to see me through this trip, but every time I try to add on a data add on it won’t add it on. Is it because I’m roaming in the EU so I’m unable to purchase? Please let me know ASAP

@MatthewS27   log into your EE account or my EE app and under controls make sure that the ability to purchase data is enabled.
