I can't get on 4G

Hi

I came in London in March as a student and I had contract with EE last month when my PAYG is last day. This contrcat include free underground wifi.

But i don't know why i can't get on 4g. They cover my location but i can't get on.

And also i can't use underground wifi. I bought this Sim card in Heathrow Airport, is this can be problem that i can't get on 4G and underground wifi?

My phone is Samsung Galxay 7.

No 4G, no underground wifi despite i had contract. sad...

In regards to your data, please do double check the settings 

 

Name Internet

APN everywhere

Proxy Leave Blank

Port Leave Blank

Username Leave Blank

Password Leave Blank

Server Leave Blank

MMSC http://mms/

MMS Proxy 149.254.201.135

MMS Port 8080

MCC 234

MNC 30

Authentication Type PAP

APN Type If you have choices select internet + mms otherwise type in *

This would not be a contract if purchased from Heathrow airport.

 

It would be pay as you go.

 

You won't get wifi on underground with this.

 

Regarding 4g have you got this enabled on your phone.

 

Settings > Mobile network > chrck the option for 4G/3G/2G or LTE... (auto connect)

EE Pay as you go customers are eligible too WIFI ON THE LONDON UNDERGROUND

, as long as your account has been topped up with a minimum of £5 within the last 30 days. If your last top up took place more than 30 days ago, it can take up to two days from the date of your latest top up to update your account and provide you with access to the services.

And you can register by texting EEWiFi to 9527 

And 4G you need to check your phone settings as @BrendonH told you.
