I can't download pictures on WhatsApp or refresh Facebook or Instagram? Help

Hi

 

I can't download pictures on WhatsApp it says :"failed download. It won't let me refresh my feed on Instagram or Facebook 

 

I had a look through my settings and even reset my phone to Factory settings and now it won't let me log in to Facebook saying I don't have Internet 

 

Yet I can access Google chrome and my WhatsApp normal messages. 

 

I'm really confused can someone help please

@Htuckerlou : Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF.

Log into your MyEE app and deactivate the content lock (settings - content lock)

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
