I can't connect to an FTP server using an app, fine on wifi but not on 4g

Hi, I am trying to use an FTP App to upload images etc, It works fine on wifi but as soon I as I connect to 4G i get an error "Failed EPSV" another app I tried has an error connection No problem on other phones with different networks. Anyone have any ideas as it seems to be an EE problem.

Is this app an FTP server or an FTP client?

Try switching between Passive & Active modes.

It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your EE devices to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?
