I can't change the data content control to moderate

Hi, my daughter has an iphone 6s and have just taken out a new contract but with the same sim. Since starting this contract last week she has been unable to use Snapchat with mobile data. I have been on manage device in my account but i can only select Strict or Full Access. Whenever I try to select Moderate I get the message 

"Sorry, something went wrong.

We've not been able to update the Content Lock details. Please try again later"

 

I tried onliine chat earlier and the person said it had been switched to Moderate but when i logged on later, it was back to Strict. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community. 

 

Any account change we make can take up to 24 hours to take effect.

 

Can she now use Snapchat?

 

If you set this to full access can she use Snapchat?

Hi, she can use it when full access is on. My problem is I don’t want to leave it on full settings and instead keep it on moderate. I try to select this but I continually get the message that there has been a problem and try later. Selecting strict or full access works perfectly.

That's unusual.

 

I recommend speaking to customer services so that they can look into this further.
