I can't access facebook, messenger or download WhatsApp pictures on data... I can still receive WhatsApp text messages and browse the internet so it's not that there is no 4g available.
Everything works fine on wifi.
Content lock is not on.
I have tried resetting APN and clearing data cache etc but nothing seems to work.
This has only been a problem since renewing our contract two months ago.
There is plenty of data left and we haven't got data save turned on etc.
Anyone know how to fix the problem?

Go to your online EE account and switch content lock to STRICT and back OFF again, please!
And let me know if it fixes your issues!

Thanks for your response.
I turned content lock to strict, restarted the phone and tried to turn the content lock off but it said there was an error and to try again later. 🙈
Ended up chatting to EE support and they had to reset something in the system as there was an update that had been in process for a week! Once they had done whatever it was they did and turned the content lock off for me it all worked fine again.
