@monartist  Is mobile data switched on on the device? Have you allowed your apps to use mobile data ?

Yes,

I just changed the EE sim card with my previous one on the same device.

Hi @monartist

Welcome to the community. 🙂

What does it show on our data status checker? You need to connect when not on WiFi.

Please let me know if any error messages come up.

Re: I can not use 1 GB data

Hi,

Of course I did Wifi off on my phone and just EE 4G appears on the top. The message I got when I opened Safari is that: Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding.

Re: I can not use 1 GB data

Hi @monartist

Please can I get you to perform a network reset to see if this helps:

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to, then tap General.
  3. Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.

Note: Resetting the network settings will clear all WiFi passwords and refresh device network connections.

Let me know how you get on.

Many thanks,

Lee

Hi Lee,

Thank you very much for your solution. I did what you said but unfortunately I can not use my 1GB data.

I dont know maybe it depends on my iphone.
