In myEE as the webpage shows I have 0 credit, 13 days left to ends my pack and 1 GB data from 1 GB left. From the beginning up to now I can not use data of my pack. What is the problem? and how can I solve that?

@monartist Is mobile data switched on on the device? Have you allowed your apps to use mobile data ?

Of course I did Wifi off on my phone and just EE 4G appears on the top. The message I got when I opened Safari is that: Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding.

Please can I get you to perform a network reset to see if this helps:
Note: Resetting the network settings will clear all WiFi passwords and refresh device network connections.
Let me know how you get on.

Thank you very much for your solution. I did what you said but unfortunately I can not use my 1GB data.
I dont know maybe it depends on my iphone.
