I am in Europe trying to get me tplink m7650 working

I am in Europe trying to get my new TP Link M7650 box working with our e e card.  I have enough data, but I am not able to log on with my iPad or phone.

The SIM card works as I have put it into my phone.  EE tell me everything is all ok their end!
I have been managed to get into the TP mifi app.
I need help with the settings for the Network.
I have mobile data and roaming both on.
Network mode is 4G preferred
Carrier is auto
So what do i have to have the APN set as.
It gives me the option to set
profile name
Pdp type.  IPv4 ipv6 or ipv4&v6
APN type . Static or dynamic
APN ?
Auto type none or pap or chap?
I will soon be throwing it out of my Motorhome window!
Help please!

I'd put as much as I could glean from that article. For one, It does say the APN field should be "everywhere", not the "APN" you put.

For APN try EE APN settings: Where to find them . Don't worry about the OS but the values are specific to EE. Had you started it up in the UK they would have auto populated.
