How to stop ee buying same add-on twice at a time, charging me double

For the past month, whenever I buy an add-on (the 100mb one that lasts a week, costs £1), I'm always charged £2. I found out eventually that 2 add-ons are bought and I wasn't notified about it. I hate being charged double for data I don't use, does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I'm not accidentally double-clicking pay now so it's not a misclick either.

Hello @mintymocha sorry to hear you are having problems with being charged twice on your account. Due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to check why this is happening through here. Please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can look into this for you. 🙂
