How to fix my mobile data on Samsung S7 Edge?

Please help, my mobile data has suddenly stopped working on my Samsung S7 Edge phone, I have 6.5gb of data left in my usage, I have tried restarting, turning off mobile data and turning it back on, turning on airplane mode, waiting and turning airplane mode off, turning phone off and waiting and turning back on but nothing is working!

Have you checked your local mast for issues here.

 

Did you obtain your phone from EE?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I tried the online service checker and spoke to a member of staff on the live chat forum who solved the issue last night but this morning it's not working again!

I'd advised maybe another chat to diagnose what the problem is if you have time.
