How to apply the 5GB data boost offered with broadband to pay monthly customers?

Hi there,

I have an EE monthly plan, and a broadband since last November. Why I chose this combination was the offered 5GB boost what is offered on the site, but since it was installed I have not received it yet. Is there a way to get this data boost, or better not to even hope for it?

Thanks and Kind Regards,

Krisztian

@Koeroesi86  Is your broadband and phone contract registered to the same name/account?
