How do I turn off VOLTE on the Note10

I use to turn off VOLTE on my note 8 (also ee branded) at my work place due it being terrible call quality there.

 

I've upgraded to my note 10 and can't find a option to turn off VOLTE in the settings and the quality of my calls at work is abysmal which is no good considering my phone is used alot through the day at work to do my job.

You can't anymore and this is not an EE issue its the firmware on all handsets I have the S10 unbranded and there is no option.

Welcome to the community. 

 

I've had a look and can't find a way to switch off VoLTE on the device.

 

This may be something our Tech Gurus can help with though. I recommend giving them a call on 150.

 

Please let me know what they say. 🙂

I have the same issue with the Note10 - I've already spoken tech team at EE and there is no function to turn off VoLTE.

 

I called Samsung support to fix the issue - they sent out an mobile technician who could not resolve the call disruptions I'm experiencing constantly. 

 

The Samsung technician's feedback as follows: "VOLTE is causing interruption and disruption and option cannot be turned off due to EE's build of android"

 

EE - Please find a solution, or replace the handset as it's not fit for purpose.
