Good Afternoon @Rbollo

Welcome to the EE Community.

It's great to hear your looking to take full advantage of the data gifting feature.

To be able to data gift, both numbers need to be active on the same account.

You will need to log into your My EE and go to the family usage section to complete this.

Please let me know if you have any further questions,

Katie 🙂

Ok thanks, how can I add my girlfriend’s number to my account? Can I join her account with mine so we can share data?

@Rbollo if you join accounts one of you will be the bill payer of both contacts.     You’ll have to call customer services todo this and you’ll both need to be present as who ever is passing there account over to the other has to agree to this and the person who is taking ownership of both accounts will also have to pass EEs credit check.

Both contracts have to be under the same account and that person is taking responsibility for both bills.

just to add who ever is taking over both contracts the one that is moving over will not be able to upgrade for 3 months if there upgrade is due in the next 3 months.

Good Morning @Rbollo.

I can see @Chris_B has given you all of the information you need to merge your accounts together 🙂

Let us know how you get on with this or if you have any further questions.
