How did use up my data on thing?

I had a text message saying that I've used up 80% on my data!

When I am using it to save my number on my phone.

I am adult with special needs who needs to internet.

They said that I have got 32gb of internet for the thing what I bought from ee my carphone warehouse.

I meant save up my data on my phone.

It's not on! They use refund my parents with their money back because I need to use it for personal reasoning! 

I have a person who has special needs who I need it the most of all.

I am well not happy with it.

Configure your phone to:

  • Only do Software Update over WiFi.
  • Restrict background data.

to save using unnecessary data.
