How can I remove my 2 GB Data Plan? I can't afford £30.99 a month.

I can't afford this per month and want to know if I will get charged extra for removing it? And is the only way to remove it is calling Cust. Services?

Hello @Isotope if you are out of the 14day cooling off period and still within your contracted minimum term there would be an early termination fee yes. You can cancel either by phone or by writing. :):

I just want to cancel that data plan but keep my phone with EE, will this still apply?

It's all part of the bundle you contracted for.

Hi @Isotope,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Is it the data that is included with your phone price plan that you want to remove, or do you have a separate data SIM/device?

Thanks

James
