Hi my family usage tab is not showing?

Hi I’m trying to gift data to my son but the family usage tab is not showing on my EE app?

@Becci39 : Are you both on contract, not PAYG, under the same MyEE family a/c to be able to gift data? See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

Have you been able to gift data from the app to your son previously?

 

Is your number selected within the app? you can change this by selecting Menu within the app.
