Hi I bought data to top up my data sim but this is not showing on my device

Hi I bought data to top up my data sim but this is not showing on my device. What should I do.

I would contact customer services on freephone 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 from 8AM they will be able to look into why it hasn't been applied.

@Henri2 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi to see your data status.
