Hello,I see from the App on My EE that I have 9.2 Gb of Data that wins in 19 days. However, I received a message saying that my package was 100% used and cut my Data. What should I proceed?

If you text AL to 150 what does this report?
Are you able to log in to your My EE online and see if this reports the same as the app.
