Havent recieved my data boost

I've just upgraded to the Samsung 10plus I havent recieved my data boost for having the ee TV and broadband?

I had it with previous phone and was told it would transfer over?

Did you have it with your previous pre-upgrade phone? You only get it when you take out a new BB contract, not a new phone contract.

It should transfer over if the new plan was eligible. You should phone EE to query it.
