Haven't been getting a 4G signal since travelling to London in January

I travelled to London in January and when I was there I was only getting H sometimes H+ then when I travelled home I still only get H or H+ instead of getting 4G like I used to get. Has anyone had this before or know if its something in my phone settings?

Good morning @stephanieso83

Welcome to community 🙂

What kind of handset are you using?

Have you go the latest software downloaded for the phone?

Thanks

Richard

Hi @stephanieso83

Have you used our network checker to see if there are any potential issues in the area where you live?

Have you spoken to our technical support team about this?

Let me know how you get on please.

I'm no salesman, but take a look at a EE Upgrades: All you need to know about upgrading your phone with EE. post I put together to help and support.

Please do come back and let me know what technical support say.
