Gifting

I have over 30Gb on one number in my account but when I try to gift data from it to another number in the account (that has 10Gb of data in it at the moment) it says there is insufficient data.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi @Flyman.

 

Could you try logging out of your online account, then log back in and try again?

 

If you're still getting trouble, our Customer Care team would be able to manually gift data for you and also look into this problem.
